Close: A French Couple (Weekly Photo Challenge)

This was a lovely couple I met in Paris who allowed me to do portraits of them in front of the Tower. It was a beautiful day, a bit cloudy, and poetic in its own right. I later emailed these photos to the missus with my best attempt in my very broken French. Her email reply? “Thank you for the photos. The photos are really lovely but your French, however, is not.”

Ah, should’ve paid more attention in French class!

This is my version of the theme Close, as part of the weekly photo challenge that can be found here.

  12. What a lovely photo! The French, however, take their language very seriously, and are unfortunately often a little unforgiving in their criticism! ;-)
